Johnstone’s Trade Professional Undercoat is a high quality, oil based undercoat for use on interior or exterior wood or metal surfaces.

Johnstone's Trade Undercoat provides an excellent surface for a gloss topcoat such as the Johnstone’s Trade Stormshield Flexible Gloss or the Johnstone's Trade Professional Gloss as well as other oil based top coats such as Johnstone’s Trade Satin Finish and Johnstone’s Trade Eggshell.

Professional Undercoat is available ready mixed in Brilliant White or have it mixed into a colour of your choice, from over 500 options in the Johnstone's Trade colour range.

Some variants are non-returnable.

Application

Application Instructions

Paint must be stirred well before use and applied using a brush or roller. If using more than one can of colour in the same area, mix the cans before use. Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or in damp conditions.

Cleaning

Immediately after use, clean equipment with White Spirit or Turpentine Substitute.

Storage

Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.

Disposal
