Crown Trade Acrylic Primer Undercoat is a fast drying general purpose primer/undercoat that is mostly used for interior wood and hardwood but in some cases, can be used on plaster.

Acrylic Primer Undercoat is water based and has great opacity and adhesion, helping top coats to stick to the surface and give a better finish with a stronger colour.

Top coats that work well over the top of this paint include Acrylic Eggshell, Acrylic Satin and Fastflow Quick Dry Gloss and many more for Crown Trade.

This primer is not suitable for metal, plastic and loosely bound surfaces, and so a suitable primer should be looked into such as, Full Undercoat, Grip Extreme Fast Drying Primer and Universal Metal Primer.

Primer Undercoat is available in White.

Application

Application Instructions

Paint must be stirred well before use and applied using a good synthetic brush or a roller.
Can also be applied with a spray gun.
Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or in damp conditions.

Cleaning

Immediately after use, clean equipment with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.

Storage

Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
